I’m Tamsin, the Delivery Manager here at Zenith. My role is to oversee the development and execution of our training programmes across our numerous contracts, collaborating with clients and trainers to align the training content with their specific business needs. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of training delivery, including scheduling, coordinating our team of knowledgeable and experienced trainers, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources. Some of the highlights of my role are the direct benefits that our clients gain as a result of our training programmes as well as receiving great feedback about our trainers!
